With Hey Pongo, each Deli Hemp store can launch its own SMS campaigns, segmenting its customer base according to any criteria: customer profile, frequency of visit, gender, age, etc...

 

For this Christmas SMS campaign, Deli Hemp chose to target its VIP customers, i.e. those who come in at least twice a month. The SMS contains an incentive to come into the store, which leads to sales.

 

SMS campaign cost: with 53 messages sent, the campaign cost around 4 euros!

Result: 18 store visits, generating sales of €720
