With over 60 points of sale, Le Cercle de la Vap urgently needed tounify its customer data with a simple tool. In the vape market, it's all the more crucial to retain customers with original rewards, but also to re-engage them with SMS (vs. waiting for them to want to come back).

The solution implemented was Hey Pongo's loyalty program. The loyalty tablet, deployed on a large scale, enrolled a maximum number of customers without the staff having to do anything. The result: over 55,000 customers in the loyalty database. The Cercle de la Vap head office now has stats on visit frequency, age, gender and acceptance of promotional SMS messages (85% said yes).

 

With such a large customer file, Le Cercle de la Vap can re-engage all its customers with automated SMS messages (birthdays, drop in visits, proximity of a reward...). The automatic SMS to request a Google review is the most effective: it recorded 79% conversion, i.e. over 9,000 customers converted into ambassadors!

 

In addition to automated marketing, one-off SMS campaigns generate huge profits. With promotions or events, the largest generated over €31,000 in sales in a single mailing!
