Le Peplum is a restaurant located in Bavay in the Nord department (59). Like many others, it was looking to increase its customer flow with a loyalty program that stood out from the crowd. As an added bonus, it needed to generate data so that it could re-engage its customers by SMS without waiting for them to want to come back.

 

The challenge for them:

The solution implemented was Hey Pongo's digital loyalty program. A loyalty tablet was placed near the cash register, with a playful interface in the restaurant's colors. There's nothing for the staff to do - customers just sign up! A series of progressive rewards invite them to return more often to earn discounts.

With Hey Pongo, Peplum has enrolled no fewer than 3,400 customers in its loyalty program! In addition to returning for rewards, 76% agreed to receive promotional SMS messages.

 

The restaurant can re-engage them with automated SMS messages at key moments, but also with one-off campaigns. The Peplum's campaigns are highly profitable: SMS campaigns generated €25,000 in sales in the first 6 months of 2023. That's an average of €4,166 more in monthly sales, thanks to SMS alone!
